The present issue 6.1 covers publications accepted during the first half of 2026. It contains five research articles, two essays, one invited address and one corrigendum.
The contributions address a broad range of subjects, including paleoclimatic temperature variability, the statistical analysis of possible climate drivers, ocean heat-content and Earth Energy Imbalance estimates, the economic and institutional dimensions of climate policy, observation-based assessments of the present climate, alternative hypotheses concerning recent warming, and laboratory investigations of radiative and convective heat transfer.
